MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

First over Gus Van Sant, shot in black and white with a 16mm camera and a budget of just $ 25,000. Walt, a thirty gay, owner of a grocery store, falls in love with Johnny, a Mexican illegal immigrant teenager, heterosexual and who speaks no English. Although it is indifferent to Walt, Johnny accept sleep with him for money.
