MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

In 1999, a battleship colossal alien crashed on Earth and brought superior technology. This technology led the beginning of war between UN and Anti - UN partnership. Eight years later, many veteran pilots were lost one after another, so that even in his youth boys were dragged to the battlefield to fight in the war.
