MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

A housewife of New Orleans has an affair with another man. The tragedy was fattens on it when your child is choking and should go to the hospital, next to lover. On the way have an accident, in which Mr. dies beheaded. A year later she comes out of a lunatic asylum, and the husband separated, and goes to live at the house of former lover. But the landlord hears moans and talks blind, suspecting that she is having some kind of relationship with a man.
