MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Forty-something Cecilia better called Sissy to the woman friends is a cheery and vivacious seamstress. Wai Mun, the woman spouse of numerous years is the captain of an acclaimed Chinese restaurant. Although notably discontented with life since their migration from Hong Kong to Singapore, he and Sissy are a loving few and revel in a blissful marriage. They've a 15-year-old son and a nine-year-old child who may have a tremendously close relationship with Sissy and it is a source of great cheer and comfort to the girl. In a twist of fate, an unexpected event befalls their apparently mediocre and uneventful life. 1 day as Sissy seems a tough lump inside her remaining breast. A gush of complex emotions overwhelms the girl.
