MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Jai Vardhan Singh and Meera Pandit are known while living in London and act fast. Later they decide to separate being that she wants to move to India to pursue restoration as he plans to move to America. Veer Singh, owner of a restaurant in London, she meets Jai and tries to convince him to go after her the same way he followed when he met Harleen Kaur in India in 1965. But Jai falls for a European, Jo, while Meera prepares to marry her boss, Vikram Joshi.
