MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The June 1 2011 year Spanish government approves it " law banning wonderful activities ," and with it outlaws all supermen, their businesses and their activities. The law is actually a smokescreen intended to end the wonderful and regain the authority that the government has lost. But each has its own wonderful plan to exploit the situation. The supermen, bewildered, will face each other, watched by the government, while on TV they wash their dirty linen. In the end, the harder the fall.
