MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1964 film?

The film relates two facts, while not occurring simultaneously: a large and violent riot in the Villa Devoto prison in Buenos Aires, which actually happened in 1962, and the famous leak of a known bank robber, Jorge Eduardo Villarino, by which was nicknamed " king of the leaks ". Although the facts in real life did not happen simultaneously, the film tells the leak Villarino, in the movie called Julio Velarde, the confusion of the riot.
