MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

The film tells the story of Eduardo a painter, which comes to an asylum for a few local repairs. There he falls in Carolina, one of the patients suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. Edward decides to take her with him and when he succeeds, he discovers that the love between them is chaos outside the mental institution.
