MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

In 1865, while the Civil War was drawing to a close, President Abraham Lincoln proposed the establishment of an amendment prohibiting slavery in the United States. But this presents a dilemma: if peace comes before the amendment is accepted, the South will be able to reject and keep slavery if peace comes after hundreds of people continue to die in front. In a race against time to get the necessary votes, Lincoln is facing the biggest crisis of conscience of his life.
