MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Based on the manga Riki - Oh, the action takes place in 2001 when Ricky is sent to a futuristic prison by mistake. There can not control his anger at the cruel treatment of prisoners are Cobra, an evil guardian whose cronies are the worst elements of the prison. When Ricky begins investigating, his friends are brutally beaten up and being tortured to death.
