MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

Vince is a pop star who came with his band to his hometown to launch his latest video clip. Upon arrival you are greeted by the Sheriff, who is known since childhood- are warned that there have been a series of violent deaths in the area and that many bodies have been found horribly butchered. The police think that the work of a pack of wild dogs, however Vince knows it is something different and that as a child his father was accused of being a wolf lord. Soon the artists discover that a strange creature is behind all this.
