MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Champion, which has been adopted by his grandmother Madame Souza, is a lonely child. When she realizes that the child is only happy on a bicycle, it undergoes rigorous training. Years later, Champion is ready to participate in the most famous bicycle race in the world: the Tour de France. However, during the competition two mysterious men in black kidnap him. Madame Souza and her faithful dog Bruno set out on their quest, which takes them across the ocean, to the huge city of Belleville, where they meet the famous " Triplets of Belleville " three stars of the music ? ?
