MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

A filmmaker plans to shoot an autobiographical film. At the last moment, he decides that his wife not to interpret itself in fiction, but another actress. The reaction causes a crisis in marriage ending apart, his son being the only link that remains.
