MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

District Attorney Tom Logan is nominated for another office more important, however before you have to take over the defense of her unpredictable client Chelsea Deardon, that twenty years ago witnessed his father died in a fire along with their artwork. She is accused of stealing some of the pictures that survived the fire.
