MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

A worker from a condom company learns that even getting fired. Advised by a partner poses as gay to some extent suing the company alleging sex discrimination. However, the representation of his new role will only bring you headaches and will place more than a misunderstanding.
