MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

A waiter and inveterate gambler loses all his money and creditors besiege him, however he does not have enough to eat. So neighbor marries a rich widow, who knows that she has a cat and a cat, and Cachito Cosita, who fall in love, and who buys life insurance and then try to kill, however he is a victim of his own traps and will play roulette to hell.
