MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

2 Eggs 45 min. Zahl is a peaceful village where farmers thrive on your esfuerzo.Luda, a young man with a red eye, is about to be appointed Master of the Wind by inheritance, but the ceremony can not take place. Violence erupts suddenly. Zaroan forces burst into Zahl to destroy everything in its path. Amid explosive confusion appears Agahali, a warrior who has one blue eye. Luda Agahali kidnap attempt ,but the young man's powers awaken Wind Master just in time! What is the fate of Luda ? What secret hide the eyes of the young teacher and those of Agahali ?
