MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

A family of Italian origin Argentina live with a grandmother, known to all as the ninth. Despite his advanced age, The ninth eats nonstop, while the family struggles with bills to feed and get to make ends meet at the same time.
