MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

The garrote last worked in Spain on March 2, 1974. Shortly before ten o'clock the executioner killed Catalan anarchist Salvador Puig Antich in prison in Barcelona. Simultaneously, in Tarragona, suffered the same fate a mysterious drifter who was sentenced to death for the murder of a policeman in December 1972. What little is known of him was what he had told name was Heinz Ches, no family and was born in Poland in 1939. For almost thirty years the case Ches has been one of the gigantic mysteries of Spanish political and judicial history. Until now. The death of anyone is an investigative documentary about the life and identity of Heinz Ches real. After many years of work, now is the time to present some conclusions that could not be more striking. Heinz Ches was not Polish, nor was born in 1939. And yes he had a family. We located his mother, his brothers, his girlfriend and three children. They have known now, three decades later, the circumstances leading to the garrote Heinz Ches. But the unknowns of the case are not confined to the identity of Ches. What if political decisions joined to that of Salvador Puig Antich ? Did you know who he was judged to Ches German and Polish? And if it was in this way, why assumed and endorsed the lie ? As the puzzle pieces fit, will unravel the clues that can get to use the structures of power, in this case an autocratic state, to disguise and distort reality according to their interests, and circumstances may lead to a human, which essentially sought freedom, to become a murderer and killed by an executioner ..
