MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1948 film?

The population of Buenos Aires is terrorized by the crimes of a thief who has already killed seven times to rob their victims. The facts are committed in the street in rain and always leave a card with the name " S. Lopez ". Through a journalist, Lucho Rivas, the police officer in charge of the investigation, Inspector Lima, receives information from a petty thief who has seen the person who committed the latest crime entered a house where the board works "Babel".
