MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

In Edinburgh in 1874, Jack was born on such a cold day that his heart is frozen. To revive him, he implanted a device connected to a clock very delicate mechanism. He will have to live with Jack following three rules: never touch the needles, mastering anger and most importantly, there shall never fall in love. Failure to follow these rules your heart will stop working. All goes well until he meets a girl with glasses that reaches the heart. Jack then goes in search of love on a journey that takes you from Scotland to Spain.
