MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

Lacroix is a scientist who researches the field of criminal psychiatry. Has devised a machine that allows introduced into the minds of people and know what goes through the head of a psychopath or a murderer. But once, when tested with a criminal. the machine makes a mistake and exchanged their minds. Thereafter, Lacroix begins to think exactly like the murderer who performed the experiment.
