MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

The Queen of France, Anne of Austria, in a slip of love has lost possession of a jeweled garter that her husband had given her. The conspirator Cardinal Richelieu, who knew the situation and will do anything to discredit the Queen, announcing that organizes a party in the same dress the famous Queen league. Anne of Austria is forced, through his faithful servant Constance, to use the services of The Three Musketeers to retrieve long-awaited piece of lingerie.
