MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Ms. De Chartres has suffered his first heartbreak. One night, a friend of his mother introduced him to a physician of great reputation, Jacques de Clèves, this falls for her, and both get married, even though she does not return his love. Instead, a fashionable singer gives birth in her sentiment. L struggle between his marriage and his feelings will lead to a dead- out for the new mistress of Cleves.
