MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

A recent graduate teacher cute and beset by the dangers of the big city, is aimed at the rural town of Los Retamos to replace one of the old teachers who still uses brute force as a means of teaching. Maria Vidal becomes heroine and martyr of the new pedagogy in which the human is particularly relevant. Hatreds of all kinds and vested interests are eating away the strong moral and educational role of Maria Vidal to lead her to suicide.
