MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

The inhabitants of the coastal village of Sainte -Marie -La- Mauderne, once proud fishermen are forced to live on government subsidies. Over time, the pride gives way to melancholy, apathy and despair. When Mayor moves to town, Germain replaces. A company is willing to install a small factory in the town, but one of the conditions is that the people have health, which does not seem possible, although it has repeatedly requested. Arises, however, some hope when they learn that a young physician will spend a month in the village. That is the reason Germain, with the collaboration of neighbors, decides to do everything possible so that the attraction of the place find it irresistible visitor.
