MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

After being bitten by a dog, Oscar, a professional lawyer in fraud, claims the owner, to take advantage of the mishap. But when he finds that it is a poor man newly released from prison after serving an unjust sentence of 30 years, his plans change and is planning a million-dollar lawsuit against the state. On behalf of redemption, the two men decide to investigate for clues and evidence. Thus was born an unlikely friendship and fun.
