MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Ralph Milan, murderer for hire, waiting patiently in the room of a hotel in Montpellier on when to shoot such a Randoni, principal witness a corruption case. But it has not been attended to Pignon, the tenant of the room next door. Abandoned by his wife, shirts seller chooses that moment to end his days, drawing the attention of the hotel staff and police. Mr. Milan will have to do everything possible to prevent the desperate Pignon frustrate their plans, in 2008 the writer Francis Veber himself directed a remake. A remake called L´emmerdeur (2008) was made based on this movie.
