MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Don Harpagon is a miser who uses all sorts of tricks to prevent anyone from your money, including the Vatican, which, through Cardinal spinose, attempts to seize his fortune is kept. The daughter of the miser is in love with her father's secretary, and is the son of the daughter of Dona Lucrecia, wife ruined after the death of her husband. But soon discover that the husband she lives and Secretary of Harpagon is actually the son of a wealthy gentleman. The miser interview with the Pope and Cardinal complaint, which is banished by the Pope.
