MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

The plot follows Art Chew's (a pun of the sound one makes when sneezing) quest to recover the ancient peach. The film starts with Art Chew planing a trip to America, plus showing Art's training within Shur-li temple (a play on terms aided by the kid actor Shirley Temple), showing numerous kung-fu clichés like getting the pebble through the masters hand (which Art succeeds without work), fighting on woods in this case tiny potted palms and 'listing' for elements (planet, Wind and Fire play a funky tune). Following the montage is shown Art fulfills with their cousin Wayman (A parody in route Chinese pronounce r as w) a Chinese adult who tries to act United states therefore he could ben't embarrassed by stereotypes and foster cousin Roy Lee, an African American who sincerely believes he is a reincarnation of Bruce Lee.
