MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Ebony Horses is a movie concerning the destiny of Serbian people that are forced to endure the 'rule through the North' against their will. The empress Maria Theresia has designated their region of Banat become the dungeon for insubordinate citizens of this Austro-Hungarian empire.
