MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Based on a novel by Dr. Toshihiko Oogane, tells the story of a surgeon since he lost his mother works as a local doctor. Since then faces Japan defective healthcare system, while helping their patients. One day you will have to go beyond, when a patient should be operated on immediately even though the law forbids it.
