MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

In the postwar Belgrade coexist old and new forms of corruption, while the gap between rich and poor is deepening. The recent war, cruel and unforgiving city has triggered a kind of moral and existential desert. In this context, the situation is very dramatic Mladen family: his son Nemanja is diagnosed with a serious heart condition, and doctors insist that is operated abroad. Getting the money is almost impossible. However, when the family is on the verge of despair, the father meets a man willing to give that amount in exchange for killing his business rival.
