MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

When an unfortunate accident in the British royal family dies, the sole heir of the dynasty is Rafi Jones, a fat and carefree Vegas pianist. But the throne is a drastic change in your life: no more cheap food, Hawaiian shirts and swearing. From now must attend official banquets, wear smart uniforms and learn to speak properly.
