MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Kika, a makeup artist optimistic and vital lives with Ramón, a photographer very introverted and obsessed by the death of his mother. They want not understood yet. Kika has a friend with very few prejudices, Amparo, a bitter enemy, Andrea " Scarface ", director and presenter of a " reality show ", an American lover Ramon's stepfather, a mustachioed maid, secretly in love with her, and sister of a former porn star who has just escaped from jail.
