MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

An ordinary day, a child observes how a woman accidentally throws a corpse into a well near his village, a town bordering the desert. Realizing the presence of the boy, the killer decides to kill him too. Thus begins a relentless pursuit.
