MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Katadreuffe is a teenager who is going through economic difficulties in the Rotterdam -20s. He lives under the tyranny of his father, the sheriff dominant Dreverhaven, a human being who has not yet accepted the boy's mother abandoned him, and turns his anger and frustration on his son.
