MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Charlie Carbone and Louis Booker are two good friends unable to progress in life. The first is a hairdresser, while the second is to succeed in the world of music. Neither can segescapar ahead with their plans until they have fulfilled a small commission to the Mafia: they must deliver $ 50,000 to a scumbag of Australia. Louis kept the fortune in his red jacket, where he believes he will be safe. Back in Australia, their car hits a kangaroo, and Charlie and Louis will take pictures with the red jacket.
