MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Inspired by Gloria by John Cassavetes, the film focuses on Julia, his wife of 40 years, alcoholic, manipulative, distrustful and deceitful. Among vodkas, Julia survives work with earning a pittance. Despite its isolation, maintains a very good relationship with Mitch, a former boyfriend who tries to help her. But Julia ignores his efforts. Pressured by despair and economic necessity, is forced to commit a crime, whose unexpected outcome will force her to flee.
