MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?
The title of this film refers to the name given to fishing platforms at sea installed in Sumatra. When his mother died, Jaya, 12, has to go live with his dad Johar, who lives in a jermal amid the sea. There the child meets with rejection of his father and the kids working in the jermal. Gradually, Jaya gets adjusted to the environment into a rough and young hustler while the father goes to getting closer to him.
