MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

Hitchcock's last British film, before his American stage. In the late eighteenth century, Mary, a teenage orphan Irish will Cornuailles to join her Aunt Patience, whose husband has an inn on the coast. It is a sordid, whose guests are bandits who engage in looting ships and enjoy a total impunity because the leader of the band is a respectable man, a magistrate that provides the necessary information on the passage of the ships.
