MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Christo is a world renowned artist who specializes in doing the impossible: build a wall of a quarter mile in orange by a Colorado valley, the construction of a fence 24 miles of white nylon in California and, in this film, rodeo eleven islands Miami Biscayne Bay with a bright pink material. The artist, of Romanian origin, his wife and his cohort, Jeanne -Claude Christo, is carried out to the inescapably hostility of the local bureaucrats who try to thwart their projects. The confrontation that often follows is fun and inviting. And after committee hearings, Christo gets the nod.
