MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

Sportello is called, Doc Sportello, and is a private detective somewhat peculiar in the colorful Los Angeles in the late sixties. Long since Doc had not seen his ex, Shasta, seductive femme fatale, when it uses its services as her new lover has disappeared, a real estate mogul who had seen the light of good karma, somewhat distorted by acid and wanted to give back to society all that was robbed. Sportello then gets entangled in a plot in which the unscrupulous sparkle absent and whose plot is almost a classic thriller. Adapted from the novel by Thomas Pynchon published in 2009.
