MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

On 11 and 20 June 1981, the Quebec Provincial Police raided Restigouche reserve. The object of conflict were the salmon fishing rights of Mi'gmaq. Because salmon has traditionally been a source of food and income for these people, the Quebec government's decision to restrict fishing aroused consternation and anger among the Indians. The film provides a historical perspective on this issue, documents, news, photographs and interviews.
