MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Adolpho Rollo is very fond of his neighbor, and he dreams of making movies, but no fortune or to pay the rent of the apartment in which he lives. All you need is a script that decides to sell five hundred pages by placing an advertisement in the local press. His surprise is when a buyer, who happens to be Joe, a small-time gangster thus becomes his producer.
