MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Kravavi Jail houses the worst murderers of all Russia. It is one of the last medieval maximum security prisons also remain in the country. Each day, a chain gang is taken to build a railroad through dangerous endless minefields. Kyle Lord is a petroleum engineer who is detained in Moscow and sentenced to Kravavi for the murder of the rapist and murderer of his wife, taking the law into their own hands.
