MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1961 film?

A large company makes a public call to fill many jobs. Many teens flock to the call, including Domenico, a boy from the provinces who is captivated by Antonietta, another aspirant. The two were fired in the hope of meeting again as company employees. Both are selected, but Domenico assigned the post of assistant janitor, and work different shifts and prevent them meet again. Life goes between the monotony and small daily annoyances until finally the reunion occurs.
