MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

The term Hundstage is what they call in Austria at the warmest time of the year. The story follows many characters in a residential area of Vienna over two days of heat: a retiree and a woman who takes care of her home, a young woman and her boyfriend who is very temperamental and is obsessed with his car, a teacher who has a sadomasochistic relationship with his friend, a beer lover very talkative, a separated couple who still live under the same roof and, finally, Anna, a maniac of hitchhiking that usually cross in the way of the Lord Hruby an alarm system specialist that has come out of a dark matter of vandalism.
