MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

" Hoshi no koe " is a distance love story between a girl and a boy besides moreover mails are sent via the mobile phone. In the year 2046 have already been discovered ruins of an alien civilization on Mars, man has been able to advance enough technologically, so that is planning to send a space expedition next year. The two protagonists, Nagamine Mikako and Terao Noboru are both students at school, but on the other hand are separated since Noboru will continue their studies while Mikako is selected to somehow join the space expedition.
