MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

In the world of crime, the city has always been run by the same family. But things are changing, the gangsters are much more ruthless than their predecessors. Instead of smuggling and gambling, now imposes fortune laundering and extortion at a high level. The only thing that changes is an ancient code of silence. The rival families are on the brink of a new enfrentameniento. In the midst of this war is discovered Tony Civiano a respected restaurant owner, who feels trapped by belonging to a family for generations has been loyal to the Mafia. Tony gets to feel the arm of the Mafia, Vince Provenzano pressured to sell you a parking car and decides to refuse. This challenge triggers a series of murders, which Dehan Tony to two options: report to the police or face death. But Tony does not accept any of these alternatives and decides to impose their own justice. Amidst all these murders Nick DeLucca appears just out of prison seeking revenge for the death of his younger brother. Nick is as wild and untamed as great, nothing will stop you to reach your goal, anything is negotiable for Nick.
